Kizik makes hands-free shoes you step into — no laces, no bending down. A strong brand with growing demand, but rogue sellers on Amazon were eating into their margins and controlling the customer experience.

The Challenge

In 2021, unauthorized sellers were flooding Kizik's Amazon listings. Sales and growth trajectory were weak because Kizik only held the Buy Box a fraction of the time. Every lost Buy Box impression meant revenue flowing to resellers instead of the brand.
